You may have noticed that the normal weekly rhythm of new posts and “reprises” has been disrupted some in recent weeks, so I want to let you know what is going on.
I have had health issues recently that have gotten in the way of my schedule, beginning with COVID last month, but not stopping there.
I have now been diagnosed with lymphoma and am likely to be your unreliable correspondent for the next few weeks as I deal with some immediate medical issues and navigate the system.
Please know, however, that I will continue to post what I can when I can, and that I hope to get back to a regular schedule as soon as possible.
That includes two extraordinary interviews I have already completed (just need to write them up now, when my head is clear enough) with the wonderful poets Katherine Barrett Swett and Joseph Ross.
Thanks for bearing with me at this time. And do make the most of National Poetry Month!
Ken
I'm sad to hear this. I love reading your posts and learning from you, but please rest, take care, and use your focus and energy for healing. I'll be here - we'll all be here - when you're well again. Peace and love.
Healing takes time to do it well. Take care.
